My name is Susan Biggs, and I am an experienced Realtor in the Central Valley of California. I am based in Modesto, CA, but also work in area towns such as Oakdale, Escalon, Manteca, Stockton, Lathrop, Tracy, Patterson, Newman, Turlock, Waterford and Empire, and can travel further if you find your special home somewhere not listed.

I have been a Realtor for the past several years, but I first learned to love real estate while working on my parent’s rental homes back when I was in school. This early education in real estate combined with my years of experience in the business have given me detailed insight and a great overview of how real estate markets work on every level

I have the unique ability to reimagine homes that have a good basic layout, but may perhaps need additional modifications in order to make it YOUR home. The years I have had in real estate gives me this unique perspective that I like to offer my clients.
